We offer a **30-day window** for returns or exchanges on most products, starting from the day your order is delivered.

* **Original Packaging:** The item must be returned in its **original packaging** with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
* **Proof of Purchase:** You must include the **receipt or proof of purchase** with the return.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are **final sale** and cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Intimate apparel (underwear, lingerie, swimwear bottoms).
* Personal care items (cosmetics, perfumes, beauty tools) if opened or used.
* Jewelry (earrings) for pierced ears.
* Items marked as **"Final Sale"** or clearance.
How to Initiate a Return
1. **Online Portal:** Log in to your account and go to the **"My Orders"** section. Select the order and the specific item(s) you wish to return.
2. **Request:** Follow the prompts to specify whether you want a **Refund** or an **Exchange**.
3. **Pickup:** We will arrange for a return pickup from your original shipping address. Please ensure the item is securely packed before pickup.

Refunds (If Applicable)
* Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification.

* **Shipping Costs:** Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and passes inspection. Exchanges are subject to **product availability**.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please **contact us immediately** (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@styleandgadgets.com with photos of the issue. We will quickly arrange a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.
